    1. Course material presented in PowerPoint format and the class structure is lecture, exercise, and class participation. All attendees are encouraged to engage actively in the training process with; questions, challenges, examples, request for specific examples, etc. The more engaged the student the greater the learning experience for all attendees.

    3. Substitutions are permitted without penalty and without notification to MBC Substitutions may be made at any time even on the first day of the class.
