AIAG/VDA Process FMEA – Workshop

The design of this one-day public seminar or the two-day on-sight workshop focuses on the Quality Professional, Quality or Business Manager, Quality Technician, or others involved in the activity of developing, improving or managing manufacturing processes. This course demonstrates the use of Manufacturing Process Documentation and the application of AIAG/VDA Process FMEA. Each step of the way the learning experience is supported by appropriate classroom exercises or workshop activities.

IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor

The design of this three-day seminar focuses on the quality professional with minimal, moderate or extensive exposure to Internal Audit. This course reviews the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and the methods, techniques and skills needed to complete the internal audit process. Please “Click” on the title at the left to view the detail of this training.

IATF16949:2016 Internal Auditor Upgrade

Internal Auditor Upgrade to IATF 16949:2016 1st Edition training for the current internal auditor. The training defines the requirements of this very important new standard, the training focuses on the content of the standards (IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015), and the process approach to auditing.

 APQP

Advanced Product Quality Planning: this AIAG based course covers the five phases of this product planning activity as well as the team approach to any APQP project.  Special emphasis on the key elements of FMEA, MSA, and SPC as well as Control Plan and Process Flow Chart. This course is also available as a Webinar
Automotive Core Tools Automotive Core Tools: meets the requirements of automotive manufacturers and registrars that require additional training for ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditors.  This course teaches the audit techniques for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC as well as training in “the process approach to audit” as required by some OEM’s.  This training greatly enhances the skills of the auditor when examining these documents.  The entire course is presented from the auditor perspective for review of these tools.

PPAP

Production Part Approval Process: this AIAG based course covers the requirements and approaches of PPAP.  This overview course covers the content of the 18 elements of PPAP with special emphasis on the key elements, such as; Design and Process FMEA, Gauge R&R, Process Flow Chart/Diagram, Process Control Plan. This course is also available as a Webinar

DOE

Design of Experiment: The basic package covers the fundamentals required for planning, conducting, and analyzing orthogonal experiments, which are the major steps in the DoE process. Emphasis is placed on the DoE process, which if diligently followed will yield an effectively completed experiment. An introduction to parameter design is included. A short video introduces the experimental approach and a workshop at the end of the session allows practice of the new methods.
Comprehensive FMEA Failure Mode Effects Analysis: this AIAG based course address the Process FMEA, with Process Flow Charting and Process Control Plan.  This training is presented as an on-sight activity and is conducted as a workshop with focus on your specific processes.  Day one is Process Flow Chart and introduction to Process FMEA.  Day two is Process FMEA from the day one flowchart.  Day two continues with the transition to Process Control Plan development and use.
FMEA Process & Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis: this AIAG based course address both Design FMEA and Process FMEA.
GD&T Geometric Dimentioning and Tolerancing: this comprehensive course teaches application, use and interpretation of the principals of GD&T.
ISO9001 Internal Auditor Internal Auditor ISO 9001: training for the internal auditor for this very important standard.  This training focuses on the content of the standard, audit tools, techniques, documentation and recording of the internal audit process
MSA Measurement Systems Analysis: this AIAG based course give comprehensive training in Gauge R&R, Gauge Bias Study, Stability and Linearity studies.
Problem Solving (8D) – or Root Cause Analysis  Problem Solving, 8D or Root Cause Analysis: this structured and systematic problem solving class follows the 8D model and reviews each step in a workshop environment, with many examples and exercises to reinforce the training.  Tools for root cause analysis are an integral part of this training program.
Six Sigma Black Belt   Six Sigma Black Belt: this most powerful of all problem solving methods is thoroughly covered in this multiple week format.  The course prepares the attendees to take the ASQ Certification Exam.
Six Sigma Green Belt  Six Sigma Green Belt: this most powerful of all problem solving methods is thoroughly covered in this multiple week format.  The course prepares the attendees to take the ASQ Certification Exam.
SPC Statistical Process Control: this course covers process variation, measurement of process variation, chart development and interpretation.
SMQE Statistical Methods for Quality Engineers: this course give the attendees greater skills in the use of statisitics in the improvement of quality, process, performance and efficiency.
Layered Process Audit  Layered Process Audits (LPAs) are verification that the most important standards and controls are in place. LPAs provide constant attention to the core processes at various levels of management including Top Management. LPAs have the ability to develop and improve a culture of accountability, consistent process control, and continuous improvement.
