Six Sigma Green Belt Class
Since this was a non-traditional type class, I wondered would the material be covered in depth and would I really get the “full effects” of the class without the classroom.
Well, yes to all the above. I really enjoyed the flexibility that this non-traditional approach to the class allowed. David taught the class in great detail, often stopping for questions and interaction.
It was the one-on-one experience and the ability to design the class more to our needs that helped re-enforce the material and make it clearer and more meaningful.
Thanks again to you and David for working with us on this and thanks also to Gordon for helping make this happen for us.

Bill, I wanted to give you some feedback on the GD&T class that Phil Ross gave to my company. I asked MBC Inc. to take into consideration I would be sending in new quality engineers, stamping engineers, new CMM operators, new assembly engineers and also a corporate tooling engineer.
Phil was able to cover the basics in a manner that the new engineers understood and kept the attention of the senior engineers. The books and overhead presentation, made it easy for everyone to follow and see the examples. Phil spent a period of time during the training on our company’s blue prints and questions we had. Here are a couple of reviews from our staff.
“Solid training that targeted the application of GD&T to the needs of our customers. Presentation of the material made it very easy to relate to.” Cooperate Tooling Engineer
“Phil’s class has given me the confidence I need to read, and process part drawings. Therefore, allowing me to communicate, with a higher degree of knowledge when writing measuring programs and presenting data to engineers.” New CMM Operator
“This was one of the most beneficial trainings I have purchased. I have used MBC Inc. for others training such as FMEA and now GD&T. I have used other companies in the past , but I have found that Bill Martin and his group have the most knowledge and experience of the material they are presenting. I will use MBC Inc. in the future for more training.” Quality Supervisor.
From “Coilplus Alabama”
We just received (June 29, 2011) our ISO/TS16949:2009 certificate! I wanted to thank everyone at Coilplus Alabama for their support in helping us with TS over the past several months and through our Stage 1 & Stage 2 audits. We’ve worked hard on TS for the past several months and we wouldn’t have been successful without full support from the entire Coilplus Alabama team and our consultant Bill Martin. We set a timeline of June 30, 2011 and we were able to meet our goal and timeline. Thank you.
Special thanks to our TS consultant Bill Martin for helping us for the past several months. We’ve learned a lot from Bill and it’s been a pleasure working with him.
Bill Martin and I will be scheduling a Layered Audit Training Class in July, August, or September, 2011 with upper management and then we should have everything in place. I’ll be working with Kurt and the Management Team on setting tentative training dates.
